Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), which came into force on April 7, 2016, requires that individuals whose personal data is processed (referred to as the “data subject” in the KVKK) be informed by the “Data Controller” using that data. (e) requesting correction if your personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately;
(f) requesting deletion or destruction of your personal data.

How Can You Exercise Your Rights?
If you wish to exercise any of the above rights, you may submit your requests to us in writing (for example, via a notarized warning letter or registered mail), or via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using your previously notified and registered email address in our system.
