INFORMATION NOTICE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA WITHIN THE SCOPE OF SORA ROBOTIC CONTACT FORM
As Aerosol Makine Teknolojileri Barış Elvan Kesme ve Ortağı Collective Company (“Sora Robotic”), we value the protection of your personal data, and therefore, we expect you to show the same level of sensitivity. For this reason, it is very important to us that you read this notice, which explains in detail which of your personal data we process and for what purposes, and that you clearly understand the obligations of Sora Robotic, who is responsible for the administrative and technical security of this data as the “Data Controller.”
Why Am I Reading This Notice?
Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), which entered into force on April 7, 2016, obliges the “Data Controller” to inform individuals (referred to as “data subjects” in the KVKK) whose personal data are being processed. As the Data Controller, we are also required to prove that we have informed you about the personal data we process about you.
What Personal Data Are Collected and By Which Means?
As Sora Robotic, we collect your personal data via digital means (referred to as “automated means” in the KVKK) when you contact us through the Contact page on our website. The categories of personal data we collect and the legal basis for this collection are explained below:

What Rights Does the KVKK Grant You?
The KVKK grants you several rights over your personal data, including (but not limited to):
Learning whether your personal data are being processed,
Requesting information if your data have been processed,
Learning the purpose of processing and whether the data are used in line with that purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom your data are transferred domestically or abroad,
Requesting the correction of any incomplete or incorrect data,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data.

How Can You Exercise Your Rights?
If you wish to exercise the above-mentioned rights, you can submit your requests to us in writing (e.g., via a formal notice or registered mail) or via a registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or by using the email address that you previously provided to us and is registered in our system.
